Measure to install 5080 square top with arch transom built by Detering. Prehung unit is in garage. The size of the unit match’s to the CAD also provided by Detering.
* The prehung unit is 1-1/2” narrower than the exisitng unit.
* The prehung unit is 3/4” shorter than the exisitng unit.
* Will need 2-1/2” wider brickmold and 1 x 4 (May need to trim to fit on site @ install-we can make this in our mill shop)
* Will need new interior casing. Currently has LC-11 Arch top. We cant make this in our mill shop. Detering will need to supply.
* 62” 129 Mill brass
* Doors bottom will need to be trimmed for threshold. They are currently sitting on the subsill with sweeps attached.
* Homeowner also has new 4 x 4. Square butt mill brass hinges they want swapped out. Currently has 4 x 4 x 5/8” radius
* Double bore active – new door is bored. Also has dummy set to install. That door is not bored.
* Door and jamb are raw.
