*The stationary door has multiple cracks across the bottom panel (9”-12”).
*Doors clean and seem maintained.
*Moisture eater is good- 6.7%
AAP-Due to the cracks exceeding tolerance we will replace both doors under warranty. RMA. Have installer bring new bolts for T. Bring back defective doors to shop for credit. Bring grills back to shop so we can respray and reuse at a different address.
