*Both doors are in good condition. No cracks or checks found.
*Some small stile and rail movement showing raw wood.
*Moisture meter is good- 5.9%
AAP-I spoke with the builder and we will send glass tech to stain where the raw wood is showing from the stile and rail movement (normal). The builder will get with the H/O about getting on a maintenance plan with a F/D refinish company.
